1.1 | 1 | The group of Prof. Bernhard Ketzer is based at the Helmholtz-Institut für Strahlen- und Kernphysik (HISKP) and the Forschungs- und Technologiezentrum Detektorphysik (FTD) at the University of Bonn. In our research, we explore fundamental questions related to the microscopic structure of matter. We develop cutting-edge particle detectors for experiments at accelerators, e.g. at the European Laboratory for Particle Physics CERN, and analyze the data using high-performance computers in order to learn more about the nature of our universe. |
